Therefore, the customer declares that he/she is acting as a final consumer and that he/she does not intend to resell, directly or indirectly, the Noblezz items. The purpose of the present conditions is to define the terms of use of the site www.noblezz.com as well as all the terms of sale of all the products ordered by the customer on the said site, in particular the order, the payment, the delivery, the return, etc.
4. Products

The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, Noblezz cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. Noblezz draws the customer's attention to the fact that the photographs cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the products offered for sale. Furthermore, variations may occur, particularly due to technical limitations in the rendering of colors on your equipment.
As part of a policy of constant improvement of its products and services, Noblezz reserves the right to withdraw, at any time, any product or service available on the www.noblezz.com website and/or to modify or replace any content or information. In any case, the information contained on this site is general information and has no contractual value.
4.2 Product availability
Given the volume of daily transactions, Noblezz does not guarantee the absolute availability of products or services ordered. Noblezz provides the customer with information on the availability of each product on its online store. However, it may happen that a product is finally unavailable, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In this eventuality, Noblezz undertakes to contact the customer by all means at its disposal as soon as possible.

In order to ensure a better quality of service and availability of its products to all of its customers, Noblezz reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that can be purchased by a customer, in accordance with the applicable provisions in this regard.
5. Prices and Taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the site www.noblezz.com are expressed in EURO and include the amount of the value added tax (VAT). The value added tax (VAT) is the one in force on the day of the order on the French territory. The prices of the displayed products do not include the delivery costs.
The delivery costs for each order are clearly indicated during the payment process. These costs are fixed, which means that no matter the size or weight of the order, the rate will be the same.
The amount of the order must be paid by the customer on the day the order is placed.
In the event of a typing or calculation error leading to an undoubtedly derisory price, i.e. one that does not bear any relation to the real value of the product ordered in relation to the price normally charged, the order will, in accordance with the provisions of the law, be subject to cancellation and the customer will be reimbursed, unless he/she wishes to place a new order at the price normally charged.
Noblezz reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice, in particular in the event of an increase in costs, it being understood that, in the event of a price increase subsequent to the order, only the price fixed on the day of the order will be applicable to the customer.
5.2 Costs related to an order placed from a destination other than France
Noblezz draws attention to the fact that an order placed from a country other than France may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be applied to the delivery. This may be the case when the country of destination of the order is located outside the European Union. Noblezz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The payment of these import duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
Noblezz cannot be held responsible if the customer does not pay these import duties or taxes.
The customer undertakes to check with its authorities the possibilities of importing products purchased on the online store www.noblezz.com.
The customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations in force in the country of destination of the products. Noblezz can not be held responsible if the customer violates one or more of these laws.
6. Order
The customer wishing to purchase one or more products on the site www.noblezz.com must comply with the following process:
Selection of products
The customer selects the product(s) he wishes to purchase by adding the product(s) to his cart. To do this, the customer must go to the product page, then select the size he/she wishes to order. Then the customer must click on "Add to cart".
The customer has the possibility of consulting his selection of products by clicking on the icon basket, in top on the right of the site. A window where appears: the photos, the title, the size, the unit price as well as the quantity of each product he selected will be displayed. The subtotal of his order will also be shown.
Information on the order
The customer will have the possibility to go to his basket by clicking on the basket icon and then on "View basket" in order to obtain more information about his order. The customer will be able to obtain an estimate of his delivery costs by selecting his destination as well as his delivery method.
Promotional code and cash-back
During the consultation in his basket, the customer will have the possibility of indicating his possible promotion code and/or the sum which he wishes to use of his cash-back, in the fields envisaged for this purpose. The modalities concerning the obtaining and the use of promotional code as well as cash-back are described in the present general conditions.
Once the customer has examined his selection and entered his possible promotion code and/or the amount he wishes to use from his cash-back, he validates his basket by clicking on "Finalize the Order".
Login
A "My Noblezz" customer account is required in order to place an order on the www.noblezz.com website.
– If the customer already has a "My Noblezz" account, he/she will have to identify himself/herself by indicating the e-mail address associated with his/her account as well as the password he/she created when creating his/her account.
– If the customer does not yet have a "My Noblezz" account, he/she will be invited to follow an account creation procedure, in which he/she will have to enter various information about him/herself as well as the e-mail address he/she wishes to associate with his/her "My Noblezz" account. The customer will also have to create a password in order to secure his account.
The customer is free to modify at any time his personal information from his "My Noblezz" page.
In case of loss or forgetfulness of the password, the customer can ask to reset it by clicking on the link "Forgot your password?" accessible from the "My Noblezz" icon at the top right of the site.
The login and password associated with the customer's account are strictly personal information. Consequently, the customer undertakes to keep them secure and never to communicate them to third parties. In case of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of the account, the customer agrees to inform Noblezz immediately.
Choice of delivery and billing address
Once logged in with their "My Noblezz" account, the customer will be directed to a page where they will be asked to select their delivery address as well as their billing address. By default, the address defined as the delivery address and billing address is the one that the customer has previously defined on his "My Noblezz" page as the default address. One and the same address can be defined as the default delivery and billing address. In the event that the customer does not have a registered address on their "My Noblezz" account, they will be asked to do so at this stage. The address that the customer will provide will be automatically registered on his "My Noblezz" account and set as the default delivery and billing address.
In the event that the customer has already defined his default addresses, but would like to use another address, he will have the opportunity to add an address from this step, in order to use it as a delivery address and / or billing address during his order. The address added by the customer will be automatically registered on his "My Noblezz" account.
The customer will have the possibility to have the order delivered to one address and to request that the invoice be issued to another address.
Once the customer has selected the delivery and billing address, the customer must click on "Next".
Mode of delivery
The customer will have to choose his mode of delivery, express at home or at a relay point. The delivery charges applied to the order will be indicated at this stage.
Once the selection is made, the customer must click on "Next".
Payment method
Next, the customer must select the payment method he/she wishes to use from the list offered. The customer will have the choice between payment by credit card via the platform of our financial partner PayPlug and payment via the PayPal platform.
Once the choice has been made, the customer will click on "Next".
Summary of the order
The customer will be directed to the order summary page where he/she will be able to check all the information he/she has provided (delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment method), as well as his/her selection of products and the amount of his/her order. The customer will have the possibility to go back over this information and, if necessary, to correct it.
To complete the order, the customer must validate the information they have provided and their product selection by clicking on "Checkout".
Noblezz reminds the customer that validation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Payment of the order
The customer will be redirected to the payment platform they have previously selected in order to pay for their order.
- The customer who has selected payment by credit card will be redirected to the secure online payment platform of our financial partner PayPlug, where he/she will be invited to enter various information concerning his/her credit card, such as the card number, the expiry date of the card and the security cryptogram. The customer must then click on Pay.
- The customer having selected the payment by PayPal will be redirected to the platform of the latter. They will then be able to log into their PayPal account and pay for their order.
Noblezz reminds the customer that by proceeding to pay for their order with PayPal, they accept the PayPal terms and conditions.
Once the order has been paid for, the customer will be redirected to a page confirming that the order has been confirmed.
Order tracking
Once the order is finalized, it is forwarded to Noblezz for processing. Noblezz will dispatch the product(s) subject to availability and actual payment for the product(s). Noblezz will confirm the order to the customer by sending a summary e-mail. The customer will then automatically receive emails from Noblezz to inform them of the status of their order. To obtain further information, the customer may also contact Noblezz customer service or consult the carrier's website using the order number provided by the carrier.
In certain cases, such as non-payment, incorrect address or other problems with the customer's account, Noblezz reserves the right to block the order until the problem is resolved.
6.2 Out of stock
In the event that one or more products are out of stock, Noblezz undertakes to contact the customer by any means at its disposal as soon as possible. The customer will then be able to choose between a refund of the sums paid, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, or the replacement of the product ordered by another product. In the event of a change to the order, Noblezz will adjust the amount (overpayment or additional payment) according to the references chosen and will confirm the corrected order to the customer by e-mail.
Noblezz shall not be liable for the non-performance of the contract of sale entered into in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of one or more items. Apart from the reimbursement of the price of an unavailable product, Noblezz shall not be liable to pay any cancellation compensation.
6.3 Modification of the order
As orders are final and irrevocable, no modification of the elements of the order (size, quantity, etc.) is possible after Noblezz has received payment. The customer may, however, try to contact the customer service department in order to submit his/her request. However, any modification request made by the customer is subject to acceptance by Customer Services.
Noblezz invites the customer to check all the information they provide when placing their order. In the event of an error in the e-mail address or contact details of the recipient, Noblezz shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of being able to confirm the order or make the delivery. No change in the delivery address of the parcel(s) can be taken into account after the payment of the order.
6.4 Refusal of the order
Purchases made on the www.noblezz.com website are for the customer's own use (or gifts) and not for resale. Noblezz is entitled to refuse on legitimate grounds any multiple quantity orders of the same item from a single customer or to a single postal address.
Noblezz reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute over the payment of a previous order has arisen and has not been resolved.
7. Noblezz Customer Advantage
7.1 Reward Programme
When a customer places an order on the www.noblezz.com website, they accumulate benefits on their "My Noblezz" page in the form of a credit note, known as Cash-back. These cashbacks are calculated according to the amount of the items ordered. When the customer completes an order, one tenth of the value of the items ordered is added to the customer's cashback. Delivery costs are not included in the cash-back calculation. The amount paid to the customer as cashback is rounded down to the nearest whole number, so the customer cannot accumulate euro cents. In the event that the customer uses a promotional code and/or Cashback already accumulated on their "My Noblezz" page when ordering, the Cashback of the current basket will be calculated according to the amount of the items ordered to which the value of the promotional code and/or Cashback used will be applied. The cashback that the customer accumulates can be used by the customer for a future order. No minimum purchase is required and the customer can use the cashback without having to place an order with a minimum amount. The cashback can only be used to pay for the items ordered. The customer may not use the cashback to pay for the delivery costs associated with the order. The delivery costs must be paid by the customer when the order is placed.
In the event that the customer returns an order in which he/she has used his/her cash-back, the value of the cash-back will not be returned or refunded. Returned items will be refunded according to their value, to which the value of the used cashback will be proportionally charged. Cash-back from one customer cannot be transferred to other customers.
Credit notes will be paid out on the customer's "My Noblezz" page 31 days after the order has been dispatched provided that the products ordered are not returned within this period. In the event that the customer decides to return one or more of the products in the order, the credit notes paid to the customer will be calculated on the basis of the amount of the products not returned.
Please note: credit notes can only be used before the order is completed. To this end, the customer must enter the amount he wishes to be debited from his cash-back in the box provided for this purpose in his basket, and must then validate this amount. The amount debited from their cashback will be shown, together with the amount remaining on their cashback.
Noblezz reserves the right to change all or part of this Reward Scheme.
7.2 Promotional Code
In order to satisfy its customers, Noblezz offers promotional codes, also called "promo codes", allowing them to benefit from various advantages when shopping. These advantages can be cash or percentage. Promotional codes are issued free of charge by Noblezz in campaigns via social networks and various advertising channels and means of communication. Promotional codes cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded.
Promotional codes cannot be combined, only one promotional code can be used per order. It is not possible to combine promotional codes with any existing offers (e.g. when a product is already on sale). Some promotional codes may have a time limit for use or may require a minimum order value. In these cases, the customer will be informed when the promotional code is communicated.
Certain products or services may be excluded from the promotion such as gift cards or delivery charges. In the event that these products or services are eligible, this will be indicated on the promotional code.
When returning an order placed with a promotional code, the amount of the promotional code discount will be divided proportionally between the products ordered and the products returned. The promotion code will not be returned or refunded in the event of a partial or total return of the order. Among other things, the returned items will be refunded according to their value, to which the value of the promotional code will be proportionally imputed.
Please note: Promotional codes can only be used before the order is completed. To this end, the customer must enter the promotional code in the box provided for this purpose in the shopping basket and then validate it. The amount of the discount will be indicated below the box.
8. Methods of Payment
The customer has the choice of paying by credit card or using the PayPal platform.
8.1 Payment by credit card or bank card
Payment by credit card is the easiest and fastest way to place an order. The payment is made online through the PayPlug application. PayPlug is a payment service provider that simplifies and secures the collection of online payments by offering a simple, innovative and secure interface and functions. No banking information is stored on the www.noblezz.com website. When the order is finalised, the customer is redirected to the secure server of our technical and financial partner PayPlug. The customer is invited to enter various information present on his or her bank card, such as the card number, the card's expiry date and the security cryptogram. The information that the customer communicates is encrypted and will never circulate in clear text on the Internet. This information will be used by our partner PayPlug for the sole purpose of carrying out the transaction.
Fight against fraud
By completing the order, the customer confirms that he/she is the owner of the credit card used. Credit card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. The card issuer thus decides whether or not to authorise payment of the order. In the event that the card issuer refuses to authorise payment, Noblezz shall be entitled to refuse the order and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver.
In order to avoid fraudulent payments, Noblezz reserves the right to verify the identity of the customer by requesting proof of identity and/or residence. This may be the case, for example, when a customer places a large number of orders over a short period of time or when a customer places several repeat orders. The www.noblezz.com website reserves the right to cancel any order that does not satisfactorily meet this verification. In such cases, Noblezz will refund the order to the credit card used for payment.
8.2 Payment via the PAYPAL platform
If the customer has a PayPal account, he/she can choose to make his/her payment through this secure system which links the www.noblezz.com website to the customer's bank, without his/her banking data passing through the www.noblezz.com website.
If the customer does not have a PayPal account, he/she can create one. However, in order to avoid any inconvenience, Noblezz recommends the use of the credit card payment platform, which is just as secure, simpler and faster.
Noblezz accepts no responsibility in the event of a dispute between the customer and the company "PayPal". It is understood that, by proceeding with the payment of his/her order with PayPal, the customer accepts PayPal's terms and conditions.
8.3 Debit of the order amount
The amount of the order is debited when the order is validated, on condition that the debit authorisation has been obtained from the competent payment centres, failing which the order cannot be taken into account.
8.4 Payment in 3 or 4 instalments via Oney
The customer has the possibility to pay in 3 or 4 times via the financing solution offered by our partner Oney. For this purpose, the total amount of the order must be between €100 and €3000. Noblezz advises the customer that additional charges will be applied to the total amount of the order. For example, where a customer chooses to pay in 3 instalments, a surcharge of 1.45% will be applied to the order, and for payment in 4 instalments, a surcharge of 2.2%. (within the limit of 15€ maximum for a payment in 3 times and 30€ maximum for a payment in 4 times).
At the time of the order, the customer will be debited with a compulsory deposit, representing a third or a quarter of the sum of the order (depending on the number of monthly payments selected) to which will be added the total sum of the surcharge applied to the order. The following payments will be made every 30 days from the date of the order. Each instalment will be equal to one third or one quarter of the amount of the order, depending on the number of instalments selected.
Conditions: This offer is reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with a validity date greater than the duration of the chosen financing. Cards with systematic authorisation, such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo and American Express cards, are not accepted.
Oney reserves the right to accept or refuse all requests for financing.
Noblezz accepts no liability in the event of a dispute between the customer and the company Oney. It is understood that, by selecting the 3x or 4x payment option, the customer accepts the general conditions of Oney.
9. Terms of delivery
9.1 Delivery costs and times
The delivery costs for each order are clearly indicated during the ordering process. These charges are fixed, regardless of the size or weight of the order. In the event that Noblezz is unable to deliver the entire order in a single package and has to make multiple deliveries, the customer will not be charged for the additional deliveries. However, Noblezz reserves the right to charge the customer for the delivery of additional packages in the event of abuse. This may be the case where a customer orders a large quantity of Noblezz products and ultimately returns all of them or decides to keep significantly fewer.
The delivery costs for each order are clearly indicated during the ordering process. These charges are fixed, regardless of the size or weight of the order. In the event that Noblezz is unable to deliver the entire order in a single package and has to make multiple deliveries, the customer will not be charged for the additional deliveries. However, Noblezz reserves the right to charge the customer for the delivery of additional packages in the event of abuse. This may be the case where a customer orders a large quantity of Noblezz products and ultimately returns all of them or decides to keep significantly fewer.
The amount of the delivery charge will be payable by the customer in addition to the amount of the products ordered and will not be refundable under any circumstances.
The delivery time for an order is communicated to the customer when the order is placed. This time will be confirmed in the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the order.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped the next day at the latest (except on public holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched at the latest on Mondays (except on public holidays).

Deliveries to the UK are subject to an additional charge of €5 per package.
Please note that in the event that the customer places an order for an amount greater than the sum required to benefit from free delivery and returns one or more of the products in the order, thereby reducing the total amount of the order to less than the required sum, Noblezz shall be entitled to charge the customer for the delivery costs and to deduct these delivery costs from the amount to be refunded.
9.2 Delivery delays
Shipping and delivery times are given as an indication only and may be extended in the event of excessive workload or exceptional circumstances. Consequently, exceeding these deadlines may not under any circumstances give rise to the payment of damages or to deductions.
9.3 Notice of passage
In the event of absence on the day of delivery, the delivery person is obliged to leave a delivery notice in the customer's letterbox. Upon receipt of the delivery notice, the customer must contact the transport company as soon as possible in order to schedule another delivery date. In the absence of instructions from the Customer, the shipping company will automatically return the Products to Noblezz's warehouse. In such a case, Noblezz will refund the order. However, in this event Noblezz shall be entitled to deduct the cost of return from the amount to be refunded. It is understood that, by completing the order, the customer undertakes to be available and contactable on the day of delivery.
9.4 Defects or delays in delivery
Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to Noblezz using the contact form or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within seven (7) days of receipt of the package number(s).
A claim will then be made to the carrier to ascertain the reason for the delay.
Any request by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt must be addressed to

9.5 Partial delivery or loss of packages
In the event of missing products, the customer must mention this in writing on the delivery note, which he/she will require from the delivery person. The customer then has a period of seven (7) days to inform Noblezz of their reservations, by contact form or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

9.6 Damaged products or products not conforming to the order
The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the products at the time of delivery. In the event of delivery of a damaged product or one that does not conform to the order, the customer may refuse delivery and mention any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.) on the delivery note, which he/she will request from the delivery person.

In the absence of reservations on the delivery note, no claim for a damaged or missing item will be taken into account either by the carrier or by Noblezz.
10. Right of withdrawal
10.1 Right and time limit for withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal from Noblezz without having to give reasons or pay any penalty. Once this period has elapsed, the customer may no longer exercise his/her right of withdrawal.

Noblezz allows the customer to benefit from advantageous prices, in particular by offering for sale "product packs" called "Outfit Patch". These product packs allow the customer to benefit from a ten percent (10%) discount on the price of a set of items by purchasing them simultaneously. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of the order.

The processing time for a return is generally 48 hours after receipt of the product(s) in Noblezz's warehouse. However, in exceptional circumstances, this time frame may be extended.

Noblezz shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure. It is also recalled that Noblezz declines all responsibility for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of one or more products.
